Executive Director Ronnie Frost Panels and Frost Equity Initiative Booths at the 2025 City of STEM Event in Los Angeles
The Frost Equity Initiative team hosted a table at the City of STEM and Los Angeles Maker Faire event on April 12th, 2025, at Exposition Park in Los Angeles. This was a FREE public event held annually in April and hosted by the Los Angeles Public Library and the Columbia Memorial Space Center.
Hundreds of youth stopped by our table to participate in our robotics exercises. The Los Angeles Maker Faire was designated the Official Science Festival of Los Angeles County. Since launching in 2015, City of STEM has grown from its home at the Columbia Memorial Space Center in Downey to joining forces with the Los Angeles Public Library, to being the biggest science program in Southern California.
Frost Equity Initiative Executive Director Ronnie Frost participated in a Women In Tech Panel where she discussed the triumphs and challenges of working in gaming.
